Return Process

  Pack Securely

  Place the unit in its original double-box packaging including all accessories, manuals, and power cables.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit, and your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
